Hey guys! I am writing to you from work because it just dawned on me that it had been a while since my last update! You haven't missed much but a little work here and there. Work is going wonderful. I have fallen in love with my company and the people who work here. They are genuine and helpful and have made me feel so welcome. The people here make the associates feel welcomed and appreciated and they have done their fair share of that for me. They have also worked with me and helped me to plan my big first trip home for Christmas. I am SO excited. Especially since Landrey and Meredith live in Jackson, too. I will be home (and in Jackson) for 5 or 6 days.
Mom treated me to the plane tickets (thank you!) and this will be my first time to fly by myself in my whole life. This is a BIG deal. I have flown a million times but never alone. I see a lot of anxiety in my future on that day! But anyhow, I will be glad to see my family and friends and fit as much visiting and "delta" into my life in those 5 days.
This past weekend was a slow one. We went out with friends Friday night to Pete's Monkey Bar and went to the movies on Saturday. Sunday Kayla and I drove all over Denver looking for Halloween costumes and came up empty handed! We are going to Boulder that weekend to hang out with some friends (and are super jealous we can't be in New Orleans) but we still need something ridiculous to wear. We also kept sweet Bentley, EA's puppy, for the weekend. I always love being around him he is like another person and knows exactly how to keep you company!
Not much of an update but I didn't want you guys to think I had forgotten :) This weekend I will definitely have some interesting stories for you, I'm sure.
